Spam

If you post a comment, please let me know you’re (a) human and (b) not a human peddling something or worse, pimping a malware infested website.  If I don’t see evidence of actual reading comprehension in the comment and it’s in my spam filter, I usually assume it is spam.  This assessment is supported by links or email addresses that include spammy looking bits like “vitaminandv1agaracheaporfree.com” or “partyplannerforyou.com”.  I’m sorry if I’ve cast too wide a net and deleted a genuine comment here and there but, well, I don’t like my blog being a bulletin board for spam.

    Sing it Sister!!
When it’s in my spam folder, it’s deleted, without exception.
I think it’s rude to comment on someone’s blog and include links to your own or your own website, etc. so even if there have been ‘real people’ as opposed to automated ones leaving comments, oh well!
    No time for nonsense! 🙂
